Step-by-Step Application Process for 2025–26

The application procedure involves two parallel steps: admission + scholarship consideration.

Step 1: Apply for Admission via OSIRIS

Start your application through the OSIRIS online application system.
Here, you must select the option indicating your interest in applying for the Radboud Scholarship (RSP).

Step 2: Upload Required Scholarship Documents

Upload the following documents:

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)

  • Two reference letters

  • Motivation statement (if not already submitted)

Step 3: Submit Application Before the Deadline

You must submit the initial OSIRIS application by:
31 January 2026– 23:59 CEST

Step 4: Application Review and Additional Requirements

The admissions office will check your file. You must:

  • Pay the handling fee

  • Upload missing or corrected documents

Your final and complete application must be submitted by:
14 February 2026– 23:59 CEST

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Step 5: Scholarship Decision

The Radboud International Office will announce scholarship results by mid-April 2026.
